Journal of Early Childhood Research - Author Guidelines

Voices of Children Pedagogy™: Global Perspectives in Research & Practice

  Selected research papers may be considered for publication in a Special Edition Supplement of the Journal of Early Childhood Research and may be presented as Poster or Oral Presentations at the Annual Bright Start International Conference(19–21 November 2026), online or in person. 

Authors are kindly requested to review the following guidelines to ensure compliance with publication requirements.

Submission Procedure

Submission format: One Word document (.docx)

Maximum length: 4 pages (including references, tables, and figures)

Email submission to: conference@brightstartfoundation.org

Email subject line format: Voices of Children Pedagogy™ – Submission for the Journal of Early Childhood Research – FIRST AUTHOR’S SURNAME

The manuscript submitted by the stated deadline will be considered the final version. Authors are therefore requested to ensure that the document has been thoroughly reviewed and fully aligned with the submission guidelines prior to submission.

2026 Bright Start Conference Proceedings

Presentation Summaries for Inclusion in the 2026 Bright Start Conference Proceedings

All Oral Presentations, Poster Presentations, and Practical Workshops & Live Demonstrations delivered during the 2026 Bright Start International Conference will be formally documented in the official 2026 Bright Start Conference Proceedings.

The Proceedings will serve as a permanent scholarly and professional record of the practices, innovations, and global perspectives shared during the Conference.

Poster Submission – 2026 Bright Start Conference

Digital Poster Submission Guidelines

Posters will be presented exclusively in digital format and displayed on large screens during the in-person Conference and within dedicated online Poster Sessions. All presenters, whether attending online or in person, must submit their final digital poster file in full compliance with the submission requirements detailed in the Poster Submission Guidelines below.
