Poster presentation provides a high-visibility platform for sharing research, innovation, and practice internationally.
Registered Poster Presenters benefit from:
- Full Conference Access (online or in person), including all plenary and thematic session
- Digital Poster Display on designated screens at the Conference venue
- Inclusion in the Official Conference Programme, including publication of the Poster Overview (title and author[s])
- Publication of the Poster Summary in the 2026 Bright Start Conference Proceedings, accessible via the Annual Conference and Bright Start Foundation websites
- Enhanced Visibility through the Conference App, with attendee access to poster materials
- Opportunity to Provide a Short Poster Overview during scheduled poster session
- Extended Access to the Conference App (two months prior to and three months following the event)
- Certificate of Poster Presentation issued by the Bright Start Foundation

Authorship & Registration Requirements
A maximum of four (4) authors may be listed per poster submission.
Where a poster includes multiple authors, at least two (2) authors must be registered participants of the Conference (either online or in person).

Registration Terms and Conditions
Please note that all registrations—whether for online or in-person attendance—are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant by notifying the organisers in writing no later than 7 days before the event.
All registered participants will have access to video recordings of all sessions for 3 months following the conference.
