In order to ensure successful dissemination of cutting-edge content & resources, all presentations and Case Studies will be also included in the 2023 Bright Start Publications, to support early childhood professionals from across the world advance their practice & improve outcomes for all children.
Option 1: Share & Present
Speaker Application Guidelines:
A. Please provide the following information:
- Applicant information
- A title & a short description of the proposed presentation (up to 250 words in length)
- A brief biography for each presenter. A maximum number of 3 presenters per session is allowed
B. Specify which presentation format you are applying under:

Format A: |
Oral Presentation with a 30 minutes time slot, including 10 minutes for Q&A and discussion |
Format B: |
Abstract to be published in the 2023 Bright Start Conference e-book of Abstracts |
Option 2: Submit A Case Study

Author Guidelines:
Share latest updates, successful, practical strategies and tools with Early Childhood professionals across the world. Accepted Case Studies will be considered for ”Oral Presentations” during the 2023 Bright Start Conference and will be also included in 3 unique publications:
- The 2023 Early Years Playbook: Child-Led Play Through Children’s Eyes
- The 1st Early Childhood Inclusion in Practice Guide
- Honouring the Voices of Children Journal: Stories of pedagogical reflection and documentation

Important dates & deadlines:
- Deadline for the submission of Speaker applications: Friday, April 21, 2023
- Notification of Abstract Acceptance and presentation format: Friday, May 12, 2023
- Successful applicants are required to register for their presentation to be announced in the program
- Deadline for the submission of Case Studies: Friday, May 19, 2023
- Notification of Case Study Acceptance: Friday, June16, 2023
- Successful applicants are required to register
